Delivery Times:-

Delivery time is approximately 6-10 weeks depending on actual product/s ordered,

but certain products and colours can run to 12 weeks plus in times of high demand.

Delivery Prices :-

For orders less than £100.00 – £90.00 Delivery charge per consignment.

For orders over £100.00 – £75.00 Delivery charge this covers first pallet,

Extra pallets will be charged at cost if required.

Special Before 12:30 Delivery – £30.00 extra charge per consignment.

Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and BFPO do not apply to the delivery price set above. Please contact us for a quote before purchasing.

All our products are carefully packed on pallets due to the weight of the stone itself. The pallets are delivered on lorries and off-loaded via tail-lift and pallet truck onto firm solid surfaces such as concrete, tarmac and paved areas.

A contact number is required for the delivery driver, no items are dispatched without this.

We will advise you of the exact day of delivery, Someone will need to be in to sign and check the delivery.

If in the unlikely event of any damage it needs to be clearly marked as such when signing, also photographic proof whilst still on the pallet will be required for insurance purposes.

Returns are only accepted for items damaged on arrival and signed for as such, along with photographic proof with items still on pallet with original packaging.

If items cannot be safely unloaded they may have to be re-delivered. Additional charges will apply for this which will have to be paid for prior to re-delivery.

All other returns are done at the customers own expense, no delivery charges will be refunded and a 25% re-stocking charge will apply.
